This well maintained beachfront condo in beautiful South Padre Island is available for vacation rental directly by owner. It has been completely updated and renovated in the summer of 2018. Unit is on the fourth floor (accessible by elevator) north corner of a beach front building, With windows on three sides, you get gorgeous beach view in every room. Upon entering through a double wide entry way, you’ll find the condo has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, and a balcony that looks directly down at the sandy beach. It is very spacious at almost 1,500 square feet.
The master bedroom faces the beach and has windows that give you breath taking view of the Gulf of Mexico on two sides. The balcony is accessible from the master bedroom and the living room, making it very convenient to sit outside in the breeze and enjoy your tall glass of ice cold drink at any time of the day. You CAN see the beach in every room of this condo. In addition to having TWO FULL SIZE BEDS , the second bedroom also has views of the beach,the bay. and the condominium’s pools.
Condo is tropically decorated and is constantly updated by the owner with new furnishings and appliances. Both bathrooms were completely remodeled three years ago, and new living room furniture were put in during the summer of 2018. In May 2018, all new digital LED TVs were installed throughout the condo, and a 4K TV was installed in the living room . The kitchen has all new stainless appliances. For your convenience, a new set of stacked high efficiency washer and dryer unit is also installed in the kitchen.
Our complex: Beach House Condominiums, offer security gate protected parking that is only accessible by code. Guests do not have to park on the street or double park if they arrived in more than one vehicle. However, parking for boats and trailers are not provided in our lots. In addition to convenient parking, guests of Beach House Condominiums are welcome to use the two swimming pools ,jacuzzi, and two private beach paths during their stay.
This is a Strictly NO PETS, NO SMOKING PROPERTY.
BH 1-404 Availability
$70 cleaning fee per stay plus 17% Hotel and Occupancy Tax will be added. A $300 refundable security deposit is required with final payment.
Term: 30% is due at time of booking and remainder is due 30 days before arrival. If booking is within 30 days time frame, entire amount is due at time of booking.
